₹73 Lakh+ Misappropriation Case: Former College Principal Arrested in Sambalpur

୭୩ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ହେରଫେର ମାମଲାରେ ଗିରଫ ହେଲେ ପୂର୍ବତନ କଲେଜ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ। ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଲଇଡ଼ା ଦୁତିକା ସାହୁ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଭାରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପ୍ରିନ୍ସିପାଲ୍ ବସନ୍ତ କୁମାର ନାଏକ ଗିରଫ। ଆସନ୍ତା ସେପଟେମ୍ବର ୮ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିଚାର ବିଭାଗୀୟ ହାଜତକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଏସପି ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

Former acting principal Basant Kumar Naik of Dutika Sahu Mahavidyalaya in Laida, Sambalpur, has been arrested in connection with an alleged misappropriation of more than ₹73 lakh. The Sambalpur Vigilance SP confirmed the arrest. Naik has been sent to judicial custody until September 8 in connection with the case. The allegations relate to financial irregularities involving the college, and further legal proceedings are underway.
