ବ୍ରିକ୍ସ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଅବସରରେ ବିଶ୍ବ ନେତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଗାଲା ଡିନର । ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ବିଶ୍ୱ ନେତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିରାମିଷ ଏବଂ ମିଲେଟ୍-ଆଧାରିତ ଭାରତୀୟ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପରଷା ଯାଇଛି। ମେନୁରେ ଭାରତର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ସ୍ୱାଦକୁ ସ୍ଥାନ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଅତିଥିଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରଷାଯାଇଥିବା ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟରରେ ଥିଲା, ଖାଣ୍ଡଭି ମିଲେ-ଫୁଇ। ଗୁଜରାଟର ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଖାଣ୍ଡଭିକୁ ଏକ ଆଧୁନିକ ରୂପ ଦିଆଯାଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ସୋରିଷ, ନଡ଼ିଆ ଓ ଭୃସଙ୍ଗ ପତ୍ରର ଛୁଙ୍କ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ଆଉ ଏକ ଆଇଟମ୍ ଥିଲା ଖୁମ୍ଭ ଗାଲୌଟି। ଲକ୍ଷ୍ନୌ ଶୈଳୀର ଏହି କବାବରେ ଛତୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଯାହାକୁ ପୁଦିନା ଏବଂ ରୁଟି ସହ ପରଷା ଯାଇଥିଲା। ..ସେହିପରି ମେନ୍ କୋର୍ସରେ ଥିଲା, ପନୀର ଲବାବଦାର, ଗୁଚ୍ଛି ମାର୍ମିକ, କ୍ୟାରଟ୍ ବିନ୍ ପୋରିୟାଲ୍, ଥାକ୍କାଲି ବେଲେ ସାରୁ, ମିଲେଟ୍ ପୁଲାଓ, ବିଟ୍ ରୁଟ୍ ରାଇତା ଏବଂ ରୁଟି। .. ଡେଜର୍ଟ ବା ମିଠାରେ ଅତିଥିଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରଷା ଯାଇଥିଲା, ଓଲ୍ଡ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଫ୍ରୁଟ୍ କ୍ରିମ୍ ସହ ଜିଲାପି ଏବଂ ସାହତୁତ ଫିରନି। ଏସବୁ ବାଦ ବିଦେଶୀ ନେତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତୀୟ ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ପରିଚୟ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଗୋଲାପ, କେଶର ଓ ଅଳେଇଚରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଏକ ସ୍ପେଶାଲ ହସ୍ତଶିଳ୍ପ ପଦ୍ମଫୁଲ ମଧ୍ୟ ପରଷା ଯାଇଥିଲା।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a gala dinner for world leaders on the occasion of the BRICS Summit, featuring a completely vegetarian and millet-based traditional Indian menu. The menu showcased regional flavours from different parts of India, including Khandvi Mille-Feuille and Khumb Galouti as starters, followed by Paneer Lababdar, Guchhi Marmik, Carrot Bean Poriyal, Thakkali Belle Saaru, Millet Pulao, Beetroot Raita and roti. For dessert, guests were served Jalebi with Old Delhi Fruit Cream and Mulberry Phirni. A special handcrafted lotus made with rose, saffron and cardamom was also served to introduce foreign leaders to Indian culture and craftsmanship.
