Security has been tightened across Delhi with police deployment and barricades as the Congress and INDIA bloc intensify their protests. After a luncheon meeting, opposition parties continued their protest campaign with marches towards the Election Commission, an attempt to reach Jantar Mantar and, on Thursday, a move towards Rajghat. Their key demand remains the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, with the opposition warning that the agitation will continue until he steps down.
