Cattle to Be Removed From National Highways, Gaushalas Planned Every 100 Km

ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥରୁ ହଟିବେ ଗୋରୁଗାଈ। ଗୋରୁଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ତାନାନ୍ତର କରି ଗୋଶାଳାରେ ରଖାଯିବ। ରାସ୍ତାର ପ୍ରତି ୧୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ ଗୋଶାଳା। ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥରେ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ରୋକିବାକୁ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ପଶୁସମ୍ପଦ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ।NHରୁ ଗାଈଗୋରୁଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରାଯିବ। ପରିବହନ ବିଭାଗ, NHAI ଓ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ସମ୍ପଦ ବିଭାଗର ମିଳିତରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ।

Cattle will be removed from National Highways and shifted to gaushalas to help prevent road accidents, according to the Animal Resources Minister. Gaushalas will be constructed at intervals of every 100 kilometres along the highways for keeping the cattle removed from the roads. The initiative will be undertaken jointly by the Transport Department, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Animal Resources Department.
