College Student Allegedly Gang-Raped in Soro, Two Accused Arrested

ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ସୋର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଲଜ୍ଜା । ଯୁକ୍ତ ଦୁଇ କଲେଜ ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଗଣଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ ଅଭିଯୋଗ । ପୁରୁଷ ବନ୍ଧୁଙ୍କ ସହ ବୁଲିବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଘଟିଛି ଏ ଲଜ୍ଜାଜନକ ଘଟଣା। ଏନେଇ ସୋର ପୋଲିସ ପୋକ୍ସୋ ଧାରାରେ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ କରି ତଦନ୍ତ ଜାରି ରଖିଛି। ଗତକାଲି ସେ ପୁରୁଷ ବନ୍ଧୁଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବୁଲିବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ପୁରୁଷବନ୍ଧୁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଜଣେ ସହଯୋଗୀ ମିଶି ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଗଣଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ କରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ପରେ ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ଉଭୟ ଛାଡ଼ି ଫେରାର ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲେ। ରାତିରେ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଜଣକ ଅସହାୟ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହୋଇଥିବା ଦେଖି ଏନଏଚ୍ ପାଟ୍ରୋଲିଂ ପୋଲିସ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରି ଘରେ ଛାଡ଼ିଥିଲା। ପୀଡ଼ିତା ଜଣକ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସାଥିରେ ନେଇ ସୋର ଥାନାରେ ଲିଖିତ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ଭିତ୍ତିକରି ପୋଲିସ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ ୨ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତକୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି....

A college student has allegedly been gang-raped in Soro area of Balasore district. According to the complaint, the student had gone out with her male friend when the alleged incident took place. The male friend and another associate are accused of sexually assaulting her before leaving her late at night. An NH patrolling police team later found the girl stranded and brought her safely home. Based on her written complaint filed at Soro Police Station along with her family, police registered a case under the POCSO Act and arrested the two accused. Further investigation is underway.
