ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ପରେ ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ସହର ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ। ଏକତା ନଗର, ଦ୍ୱାରିକା ନଗର, ଗୁଡ଼ିପଦା ଭଳି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନ ଏବେ ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ। ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଘରେ ଭିତରେ ଜମିଛି ୨ ଫୁଟର ପାଣି। ପାଣିରେ ବୁଡି ରହିଛି ଆସବାବପତ୍ର। ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ୧ ଫୁଟର ପାଣି ଚାଲିଛି।

Continuous rain has left Balasore city waterlogged. Areas such as Ekata Nagar, Dwarika Nagar and Gudipada are badly affected. Nearly 2 feet of water has entered houses, submerging household items. About 1 foot of water is also flowing on the roads.
