Former cook Manmath Kumbh has been arrested by Paralakhemundi Police in connection with the death case of Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) Soumya Ranjan Mahapatra. Kumbh is one of the accused in the case. Former DFO Sangram Keshari Behera was also arrested earlier and sent to judicial custody in connection with the case. The latest development comes as the legal proceedings continue, with the role of the accused being examined by the court.
