A major police encounter took place early in the morning near Ada Chhak under Simulia police limits. Police reportedly launched an operation to nab notorious criminal Lokesh Singh while he was allegedly attempting a robbery. According to the report, Lokesh opened fire at the police team after spotting them. The police then retaliated in self-defence, resulting in the encounter.
