A serious allegation has emerged from the Bargarh Community Health Centre, where a patient was allegedly provided an expired medicine under the Niramaya scheme. According to the report, while one medicine was prescribed, another medicine with a similar composition was allegedly dispensed, and it was found to have expired. The incident has raised concerns over patient safety and the medicine distribution system at the government health facility.
