ଚାଷୀ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣରେ ଏଗ୍ରିଷ୍ଟାକ୍ ଓ ପଟ୍ଟା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି ଆଜି ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାର ପ୍ରତିକାତ୍ମକ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ସେବା ସମବାୟ ସମିତିରେ ତାଲା ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି ଚାଷୀ। ଫଳରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ବାଧାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ତେବେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ଚାଷୀ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣରେ ପଟ୍ଟା ବାଧକ ହେବ ନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ଟୋକନ୍ ସହିତ ଯୋଡ଼ାଯିବ ନାହିଁ। ଏହା ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦାବି ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଛନ୍ତି।

Farmers in Sambalpur staged a protest against the AgriStack registration system and the Patta-related requirements in the farmer registration process. As a symbolic demonstration, protesters locked Service Cooperative Societies, disrupting the ongoing registration process for cultivators. The agitation reflects growing concerns among farmers regarding paddy registration and procurement procedures.
