The second flood in the Budha Balanga has passed, but cattle feed reportedly brought for assistance during the first flood has still not reached people in the affected areas. With farmlands and agricultural fields submerged, cattle rearers are facing difficulties in arranging feed for their livestock. Although cattle feed was reportedly supplied by the government, villagers allege that they have not received it.
