Ganjam Imposes Section 30 for 90 Days, Police Permission Mandatory for Rallies

ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆଇନଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସ ପ୍ରଶାସନର ବଡ଼ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ। ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୯୦ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି ପୋଲିସ ଆଇନ-୧୯୬୧ର ଧାରା-୩୦ । ଏବେଠାରୁ କୌଣସି ବି ସଭା, ସମାବେଶ କିମ୍ବା ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସର ଅନୁମତି ନେବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ। ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଭି. କିର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଭାସନଙ୍କ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କ୍ରମେ ଏସ୍ ପି ହରିଶ ବି.ସି. ଏହି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି।

Ganjam district has imposed Section 30 of the Police Act, 1961, for 90 days from August 16 to November 13, 2026, as part of measures to strengthen law and order. Prior police permission is now mandatory for meetings, public gatherings, political programmes, rallies and processions across the district.
