ଗ୍ୟାସ ଲିକ୍ ହୋଇ ଜଳିଗଲା ଶିଶୁ କନ୍ୟା। ଲିଭାଇବାକୁ ଯାଇ ଗୁରୁତର ବାପା ମାଆ। ଯାଜପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ଥାନା ଅରାବଳଗାଁରେ ଘଟିଛି ଏଭଳି ଅଘଟଣ। ଗାଁର ଅଭିରାମ ମଲିକଙ୍କ ଘରେ ଆଜି ସକାଳୁ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ ଲିକ୍ ହୋଇ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିଯାଇଥିଲା। ବାପ ମା ଦୁହେଁ ନିଆଁ ଲିଭାଇବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ନିଆଁ ସଂସ୍ପର୍ଶରେ ଆସି ଚାରିବର୍ଷର ଶିଶୁ କନ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଇବାକୁ ଯାଇ ଅଭିରାମଙ୍କ ବଡ ଭାଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବାପା ମାଆଙ୍କୁ ଗୁରୁତର ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ପରିବାର ଲୋକେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରି ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ମେଡିକାଲରେ ଭର୍ତି କରିଥିଲେ। ଅବସ୍ଥା ସଂକଟାପନ୍ନ ହେବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ କଟକ ମେଡିକାଲକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତାର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଅଭିରାମଙ୍କ ଆହତ ବଡ ଭାଇ ଉତ୍ତମ ମଲିକ୍ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ମେଡିକାଲରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେପଟେ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ପୋଲିସ ଅରାବଳଗାଁରେ ପହଂଚି ଘଟଣାର ତଦନ୍ତ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି l

A tragic gas leak incident in Arabal village under Dharmasala police limits in Odisha’s Jajpur district claimed the life of a four-year-old girl and left her parents critically injured. The incident occurred at Abhiram Mallik’s house on Sunday morning when a gas leak reportedly triggered a fire. While the parents tried to extinguish the flames, their young daughter came in contact with the fire and died. Abhiram’s elder brother, Uttam Mallik, was also injured while attempting to rescue the family. The injured parents were initially admitted to Dharmasala Medical Centre for treatment but were later shifted to Cuttack as their condition became critical. Uttam Mallik is undergoing treatment at Dharmasala Medical Centre. Meanwhile, Dharmasala police have reached Arabal village and launched an investigation into the incident.
