Govt Employees’ Salary to Be Deducted for Unpaid Alimony, Maintenance

ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଦରମାରୁ କଟିବ ଆଲିମୋନି । କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଭରଣପୋଷଣ ଓ ଆଲିମୋନି ପ୍ରଦାନରେ ଏଣିକି ରହିବନି ବିଳମ୍ବ। କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶ ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ରାଶି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁନଥିବା ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଦରମାରୁ ଉକ୍ତ ରାଶି କାଟି ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସିଧାସଳଖ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଏନେଇ ଅର୍ଥ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ SOP ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି।

The Odisha government has issued an SOP to ensure timely payment of court-ordered maintenance and alimony. If a government employee fails to pay the prescribed amount despite a court order, the amount will be deducted directly from the employee’s salary and transferred to the eligible beneficiary. The move is aimed at ensuring compliance with court directions and preventing delays in maintenance and alimony payments.
