ଠିଆ ହୋଇଛି ୨ ମହଲା କୋଠା... ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଅଛି ଚକାଚକ ଟ୍ରାକ୍... ସରିଛି ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସୋପାନ ନିର୍ମାଣ । ଏହି ସବୁ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ ଲାଗୁଛି—କାଲିଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯିବ ଅଟୋମେଟେଡ୍ ଡ୍ରାଇଭିଂ ଟେଷ୍ଟ। କିନ୍ତୁ ବାସ୍ତବ ଚିତ୍ର କିଛି ଅଲଗା। କୋରାପୁଟ ଲାଣ୍ଡିଗୁଡ଼ା ନିକଟରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଇଛି ଏହି ଅଟୋମେଟେଡ୍ ଡ୍ରାଇଭିଂ ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ ଷ୍ଟେସନ୍ ବା ADTS। ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ଥିଲା—ଡ୍ରାଇଭିଂ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ପାଇଁ ମାନୁଆଲ୍ ଟେଷ୍ଟକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରି, କ୍ୟାମେରା, ସେନସର୍ ଓ କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ଜରିଆରେ ଚାଳକଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷତାର ନୀରପେକ୍ଷ ମୂଲ୍ୟାଙ୍କନ।
A two-storey Automated Driving Testing Station (ADTS) has been constructed near Landiguda in Koraput, with a testing track and various testing facilities in place. The facility was intended to replace manual driving tests and assess applicants’ driving skills impartially through cameras, sensors and computers. However, the source raises questions over the actual functioning of the system, alleging that driving licences are being obtained based on influence. The report highlights the contrast between the modern testing infrastructure and the situation on the ground.
