Union Minister Jual Oram has issued a clarification over the alleged involvement of young leader Prakash Paswan in the Rourkela Circuit House controversy. In a social media post, Oram said Paswan is his active worker and a representative of the Rourkela Municipal Corporation, and demanded an impartial and transparent investigation into any allegations against him.
