New Gold Coin Introduced During Sunia Festival in Puri
#ନୂତନ_ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ_ମୁଦ୍ରାର_ହେବ_ପ୍ରଚଳନ
ପୁରୀ ରାଜନଅରରେ ପାଳନ ହେଲା ସୁନିଆଁ ପର୍ବ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଶ୍ରୀନଅରରେ ଗଜପତି ମହାରାଜା ଦିବ୍ୟସିଂହ ଦେବଙ୍କ ଶାସନର 71 ଅଙ୍କ ଆରମ୍ଭ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ତା ସହିତ ନୂତନ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମୁଦ୍ରା ବି ପ୍ରଚଳନ ହୋଇଛି। ପରଂପରା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ପ୍ରଥମେ ମହାରାଣୀ ଏବଂ ପରେ ଶ୍ରୀନଅରର ସମସ୍ତ ସେବକ ଓ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରର କେତେକ ସେବକ ମଧ୍ୟ ମହାରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଗଜପତି ପରଂପରାରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଶାସନାଧୀନ ଅଂଚଳର ଶିରସ୍ତଦାରମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭେଟି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
The Sunia festival was observed at the Puri Rajnaara, marking the beginning of the 71st regnal year of Gajapati Maharaja Dibyasingha Deb. On the occasion, a new gold coin was also introduced. As per tradition, the Maharani first met the Gajapati Maharaja and offered her respects, followed by all servitors of Srinaara and some servitors of Srimandir. Sirastadars from areas under the Gajapati’s traditional authority also met the Maharaja and offered their respects as part of the Gajapati tradition.
