Odisha Attracts ₹8,417 Crore Investment Proposals From UAE

ୟୁଏଇ ସହ ନିବେଶ ଭାଗିଦାରୀ ମଜବୁତ କଲା ଓଡ଼ିଶା । ଆସିଲା ୮ ହଜାର ୪୧୭ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ନିବେଶ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ। ୫ଟି ଏମଓୟୁ ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୮ଟି ନିବେଶ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଆସିଛି। ଏହାଫଳରେ ୧୪ ହଜାର ୩୧୦ଟି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ୟୁଏଇ ଗସ୍ତର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଦିନରେ, ଦୁବାଇରେ ୟୁଏଇ ନେତୃତ୍ୱ, ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରୀୟ ନିବେଶକ, ଶିଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଏବଂ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟିକ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସହିତ ଏକାଧିକ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୈଠକ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ। ଏହି ନିବେଶ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ଆଇଟି, ରିଅଲ୍ ଇଷ୍ଟେଟ୍, ଲଜିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ସ, ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ, କୃଷି, ଷ୍ଟିଲ, ରେୟାର ଆର୍ଥସ୍, କେମିକାଲ୍ସ, ଆଲୁମିନିୟମ୍ ଏବଂ ସର୍କୁଲାର ଇକୋନୋମି ଭଳି ବିଭିନ୍ନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ରହିଛି।

Odisha has strengthened its investment partnership with the UAE, attracting investment proposals worth ₹8,417 crore. Five MoUs have been signed and eight investment proposals received, with the potential to create 14,310 employment opportunities. On the second day of his UAE visit, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held several high-level meetings in Dubai with UAE leadership, global investors, industry representatives and business establishments. The proposed investments span sectors including IT, real estate, logistics, food processing, agriculture, steel, rare earths, chemicals, aluminium and circular economy.
