Odisha’s Revenue Collection Rises 7.3% Till July; Capital Spending Up 20.2%

ଜୁଲାଇରେ ବଢ଼ିଲା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆଦାୟ। ଜୁଲାଇ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆଦାୟ ପୂର୍ବ ବର୍ଷ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ୭.୩% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି।
କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ବ୍ୟୟ ୧୯.୧% ଏବଂ ପୁଞ୍ଜିବ୍ୟୟ ୨୦.୨% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ ଆଜି ଲୋକସେବା ଭବନରେ ଅର୍ଥ ବିଭାଗର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆଦାୟ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଆହୁରି ଦକ୍ଷ କରିବା ସହିତ ପୁଞ୍ଜି ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ବ୍ୟୟକୁ ଆହୁରି ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

Odisha’s state revenue collection has recorded a 7.3% increase compared to the previous year up to July. Programme expenditure has risen by 19.1%, while capital expenditure has increased by 20.2%. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi reviewed the Finance Department at Lok Seva Bhavan and advised officials to further improve the efficiency of the revenue collection system while increasing capital and programme expenditure. The review focused on strengthening revenue mobilisation and ensuring higher spending on development and capital works, according to the source report.
