Following violence during the ‘Why I Stand For’ meeting at Utkal University’s Vani Vihar campus in Bhubaneswar, DCP Saravana Vivek M appealed to non-students to leave the campus. Chairs were reportedly hurled during the clash between rival groups. To bring the situation under control, Police Commissioner S. Dev Datta Singh also arrived at the campus.
