ଇଚ୍ଛାଶକ୍ତି ଥିଲେ ରୋଜଗାର ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ନୁହେଁ, ଦରକାର ଦକ୍ଷତା ଆଉ ପରିଶ୍ରମ । ଘର କାମ ସାରିବା ପରେ ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଇ ଘଣ୍ଟା ସମୟ ଦେଇ ନିଜ ହାତରେ ତିଆରି କରୁଛନ୍ତି LED ବଲବ୍ । ଏହି କାମରୁ ନିଜେ ସ୍ୱାବଲମ୍ବୀ ହେବା ସହ ଆୟର ବାଟ ମଧ୍ୟ ଖୋଲିଛନ୍ତି କୋଇଡାର ମହିଳାମାନେ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରୁ ମେଟ୍ରିଆଲ୍ ଆସୁଛି, କୋଇଡାରେ ହେଉଛି ତିଆରି, ଆଉ ବଜାରରେ ହେଉଛି ବିକ୍ରି।
Women from Koida in Sundargarh district are turning a simple skill into a source of income and self-reliance. Members of the ‘Maa Laxmi PG’ group spend around two hours a day, after completing their household work, making LED bulbs by hand.
