Nepal’s first woman helicopter captain, Priya Adhikari, emerged as a symbol of courage during the devastating floods and landslides along the Nepal–Tibet border. Following the disaster on August 26, Priya took part in nearly 100 rescue missions in just six days, flying through extremely difficult conditions to evacuate people trapped in the affected areas.
