ବାତ୍ୟା ହେବନି, ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷିବ ! ୨୩ ସକାଳେ ଉପକୂଳରେ ପହଁଚିବ ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରୁ ବିଶାଖାପାଟଣା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଅତିକ୍ରମ। ୫୫ରୁ ୬୫ କିମି ବେଗରେ ବହିବ ପବନ। ୨୩-୨୪ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବାତ୍ୟା ଆଶଙ୍କା ଘନଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛି ଯେ, ଲଘୁଚାପ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତର ରୂପ ନେବ।
The low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal is expected to intensify into a deep depression and approach the North Andhra Pradesh–South Odisha coast around the morning of September 23. The India Meteorological Department has forecast extremely heavy rainfall in parts of Odisha on September 23 and 24, with heavy to very heavy rain likely in several other districts. Squally winds of 55–65 kmph, gusting up to 75 kmph, are also expected along and off the South Odisha–North Andhra Pradesh coast during September 23 and 24. The latest forecast describes the system as a deep depression, while no further intensification into a cyclonic storm has been indicated by the IMD at this stage.
