Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said on Raksha Bandhan and Gamha Purnima that the fifth instalment of the Subhadra scheme has been released. Speaking from Nayagarh district, the Chief Minister said the scheme is proving helpful and that the amount has been sent to the bank accounts of 1,03,26,162 women across Odisha.
