A teacher was allegedly found drinking alcohol and sleeping inside Mahula Government Primary School under Kumusi Panchayat in Parjang Block. According to the source, students were being deprived of their regular classes while the teacher was allegedly sleeping inside the school after consuming alcohol. When parents arrived at the school and saw the teacher, he allegedly ran away from the spot. The incident has raised concerns over the conduct of the teacher and the impact on students’ education.
