Cyclone and floods have devastated Rishikulya High School in Barapalli, Ganjam district. After being submerged under 5–6 feet of floodwater, the school is now covered in thick layers of mud and sludge. Classrooms, desks and the school office have all suffered extensive damage. With pens replaced by spades, teachers are working hard to clean the premises and restore normalcy. But where will students study, and when will the school reopen?
