Witchcraft Suspicion Turns Fatal: 3 Arrested for Killing Man in Puri

A shocking murder case has come to light from Mandarabasta village under Kanas police limits in Puri district. Three persons have been arrested for allegedly killing Parshuram Pradhan over suspicion of witchcraft. According to reports, the accused allegedly tied his hands and legs to a cot, poured kerosene on him and set him on fire. The incident reportedly followed a dispute over a suspected gold idol believed to be hidden inside the house.
