ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁରରେ ତେଜୁଛି ମଦ ବିରୋଧୀ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ। ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଚଢ଼ାଉରେ ଠାବ ହୋଇଛି ୧୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦେଶୀ ମଦ ପାଉଚ। ପୋଲିସ ଓ ଅବକାରୀ ବିଭାଗ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ସବୁ ମଦ ପାଉଚକୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ତେବେ କେବଳ ଘର ମାଲିକ ନୁହେଁ, ଏହି ବେଆଇନ ମଦ କାରବାର ପଛରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରକୃତ ମାଷ୍ଟରମାଇଣ୍ଡଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ମଧ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଦାବି କରିଛି ନାରୀ ମହାସଂଘ

The anti-liquor movement has intensified in Nabarangpur, where a raid led by local women resulted in the seizure of more than 10,000 country liquor pouches. In the presence of the Police and the Excise Department, all the seized liquor pouches were destroyed. The Women's Federation has demanded strict action not only against the house owner but also against the alleged masterminds behind the illegal liquor trade, calling for a wider crackdown on the network.
