Wrong Blood Allegedly Given to Leukemia Patient at Puri Hospital, Woman Turns Critical

ପୁରୀ ସଦର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ରୋଗୀକୁ ଦିଆଗଲା ଭୁଲ ରକ୍ତ । ଲିକୋମିଆ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ A+VE ବ୍ଲଡ ବଦଳରେ B+ VE ବ୍ଲଡ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଭୁଲ ରକ୍ତ ନେବା ପରେ ମହିଳା ରୋଗୀ ଜଣଙ୍କ ଗୁରୁତର ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଥିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କର ରକ୍ତ ବାନ୍ତି ହେବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପୁରୀ ସଦର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଏକ ଘରୋଇ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଛି।

A family has alleged that the wrong blood group was given to a leukemia patient at Puri District Headquarters Hospital. According to the family, the woman required A-positive blood but was allegedly given B-positive blood instead. Following the alleged transfusion, her condition reportedly became critical and she vomited blood. She was subsequently shifted from Puri District Headquarters Hospital to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar for further treatment.
