An ODRAF team has reached Pattamundai to rescue around 300 students stranded at Kul Sahi amid floodwater. The administration has decided to evacuate the students and shift them to Mahadeipatana Residential School in Aali Block. The rescue operation is scheduled to begin shortly. Official Odisha government records identify Pattamundai and Aali as administrative locations in Kendrapara district.
