526 Kg Drugs Seized in Arabian Sea, Haul Worth Over ₹3,000 Crore

ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ ସାମ୍ରାଜ୍ୟ। ସମୁଦ୍ରର ନୀଳ ଜଳରାଶିକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଭାରତରେ ବିଷ ବୁଣିବାକୁ ରଚାଯାଇଥିଲା ବଡ଼ ଷଡ଼ଯନ୍ତ୍ର। ଆରବ ସାଗରରେ ସର୍ଜିକାଲ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଇକ୍ କରି ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ନିଶା ଚାଲାଣର ପର୍ଦ୍ଦାଫାଶ କରିଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ତଟରକ୍ଷୀ ବାହିନୀ। ଜବତ କରିଛି ୫୨୬ କିଲୋ ନିଶାଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ। ଯାହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୩ ହଜାର କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ହେବ। ଆରବ ସାଗରରେ ଲାକ୍ଷାଦ୍ୱୀପର ପଶ୍ଚିମରେ ଏକ ଇରାନୀ ବୋଟକୁ ଅଟକାଇ ବିପୁଳ ପରିମାଣର ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ ଜବତ କରିଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ତଟରକ୍ଷୀ ବାହିନୀ ଓ ଗୁଜରାଟ ଏଟିଏସ୍। ଗତ ୨୫ ତାରିଖରେ ଏହି ସ୍ପେଶାଲ୍ ଅପରେସନ୍ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

The Indian Coast Guard and Gujarat ATS have seized 526 kg of narcotics from an Iranian boat intercepted west of Lakshadweep in the Arabian Sea. The seized drugs are stated to be worth more than ₹3,000 crore.
