Another low-pressure area may form around August 22 or 23 over the northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining north Odisha coast, according to the weather update in the source. Under its influence, rainfall is expected to increase again in northern Odisha from August 21. Meanwhile, the Regional Meteorological Centre has issued an orange warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall in some districts of western Odisha today. The developing weather system could bring another spell of rain to parts of the state.
