Banks Open Today Despite Sunday; 3-Day Strike From September 28

ଆଜି ରବିବାରରେ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖୋଲା। ଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖୋଲା ରହିଛି। କାଲିଠୁ ୩ ଦିନିଆ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଧର୍ମଘଟ ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖୋଲା ରଖିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି। ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ ରବିବାର ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖୋଲା ରହିଛି। ସପ୍ତାହକୁ ୨ ଦିନ ଛୁଟି ଦାବିରେ ୨୮ରୁ ୩ ଦିନିଆ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଧର୍ମଘଟ ଡାକରା ଦେଇଛି ସଂଘ। ଆସନ୍ତା ସପ୍ତାହରେ ପାଖାପାଖି ୩ ଦିନ ଧର୍ମଘଟକୁ ମିଶାଇ ୪ ଦିନ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ। ଏହାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ରବିବାର ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖୋଲା ରଖିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ।

Banks across India are open today, Sunday, to provide convenience to customers ahead of the proposed three-day bank strike from September 28 to 30. Bank employees’ unions have called the strike demanding two weekly holidays. With the fourth Saturday holiday on September 26, the three-day strike and the Gandhi Jayanti holiday on October 2, banking services could remain disrupted for several days.
