Commissionerate Police has taken major action following the violent incident during an online taxi drivers' protest in Bhubaneswar. According to the source, more than 50 Ola, Uber and Rapido drivers were arrested after protesters allegedly created a ruckus at Lower PMG during the agitation.

The protesters allegedly pelted stones at police and vandalised 14 Ama Buses. A clash-like situation reportedly developed during the protest, following which police resorted to a mild lathi charge to bring the situation under control.
