A meat trader, identified as M.D. Anish of Burla, was shot dead in broad daylight near Kirba Chowk in Burla, Sambalpur. According to the source, an accused suddenly approached Anish and opened fire, with three bullets reportedly hitting his body. Police have arrested the accused in connection with the incident.
