The legal proceedings in the alleged helicopter expenditure case have intensified, with the Khordha District & Sessions Court issuing notices to former Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and former IAS officer V.K. Pandian. The court has directed both to submit their replies by July 15.
