A depression has formed over the east-central and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal, raising concerns about the possibility of a severe weather system. The system is expected to intensify gradually and could develop into a very severe cyclonic storm. The Andhra Pradesh coast is likely to be affected, with the system potentially crossing between Visakhapatnam and Bapatla. The situation remains under close watch as the weather system develops.
