A suspected repeat case of reckless driving has raised concerns in Bhubaneswar, with Soumyaranjan Rath once again linked to a serious incident. On July 13, he allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol near Shastri Nagar Square in Bhubaneswar, killing a motorcycle rider while driving a luxury car recklessly. According to the report, he was arrested and sent to jail before securing bail. Less than three months after the fatal crash, his name has surfaced in connection with another serious incident, raising fresh concerns over drunk driving and road safety.
