Former BJD MLA and leader Bikram Panda has landed in fresh trouble just weeks after securing bail. Panda and his associate Madan Dalai have been accused of allegedly threatening a witness over the phone from jail, using a doctor’s phone. A fresh case has now been registered, raising questions over whether his bail order could face further legal scrutiny.
