‘Gen-Z Is Not Anti-National’: Mohan Bhagwat Supports Students’ Right to Protest

GEN-Z ଦେଶ ବିରୋଧୀ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି, ତାଙ୍କ ଦାବିର ରହିଛି ଯଥାର୍ଥତା। GEN-Zଙ୍କ ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ଆଜି ଏଭଳି ଢଙ୍ଗରେ ମତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି RSS ମୁଖ୍ୟ ମୋହନ ଭାଗବତ। କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନର ଅର୍ଥ ଦେଶ ବିରୋଧୀ ନୁହେଁ। ତେଣୁ ଯେଉଁ ଛାତ୍ରମାନେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ସାମିଲ୍ ଥିଲେ ସେମାନେ ଦେଶ ବିରୋଧୀ ନୁହନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରିବାର ଅଧିକାର ରହିଛି। ନିଟ୍ ଲିକ୍ ବିରୋଧରେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରୁଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଦୃଢ଼ ସମର୍ଥନ ଜଣାଇ ମୋହନ ଭାଗବତ ଆହୁରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, GEN-Z ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଆମର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପିଢ଼ି। GEN-Z ଓ GEN-ALPHA ପିଢ଼ି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଯୁକ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତର ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି। ଶିକ୍ଷା କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ନୁହେଁ। ଏହାକୁ ଏଭଳି ଭାବେ ଗଠନ କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ୍, ଯେପରି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ସୁଲଭ ହୋଇପାରିବ। ଉନ୍ନତ ମାନର ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସମାଜର ମଧ୍ୟ ଭୂମିକା ରହିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ପ୍ରତିବାଦ ସମୟରେ ଯୁବକ-ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଲାଠିଚାର୍ଜ ଓ ପେଲେଟ୍ ଗନ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର ସଂପର୍କିତ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନରେ ଭାଗବତ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ତାଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସୂଚନା ନାହିଁ। ତଥାପି, ଯଦି କାହାକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼େ, ସେ GEN-G ପିଢ଼ି ଉପରେ ଭରସା କରିବେ ।

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has said that Gen-Z is not anti-national and that their demands have legitimacy. Speaking on youth protests, Bhagwat said participation in an agitation does not mean being against the nation and that students have the right to raise their concerns. He also expressed support for students protesting against the NEET paper leak issue.

Bhagwat said Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha are seeking logical answers to their questions and stressed that education should not be treated as a business. He added that society also has a role in ensuring quality and accessible education. Responding to questions about alleged lathi charge and pellet gun use during protests, he said he did not have complete information on the matter.
