କୁହାଯାଏ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ଭଗବାନ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି। ହେଲେ ହରିୟାଣାର ଏକ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଛୋଟ ପିଲା ଯାହା ଘଟାଇଛି, ଆପଣ ତାହା ଦେଖିଲେ ଛାତି ଫାଟିଯିବ। ଘଟଣା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହୃଦୟ ବିଦାରକ। ହରିୟାଣାର ପଞ୍ଚକୁଲା ସେକ୍ଟର ୨୦ ସ୍ଥିତ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ମଡେଲ୍ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ରେ ଜଣେ ୬ ବର୍ଷର ଦିବ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗ କେଜି ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଜଣେ ୮ ବର୍ଷର ତୃତୀୟ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ର ଅତି ନିର୍ମମ ଭାବେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଛି। ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୮ ରେ ଘଟିଥିବା ଏହି ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ଘଟଣାର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଚିତ୍ର ସ୍କୁଲର ସିସିଟିଭି କ୍ୟାମେରାରେ କଏଦ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହାପରେ ସ୍କୁଲର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଉପରେ ତୀବ୍ର ଜନଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଏଥିସହ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠୁଛି, ସତରେ କଣ ଏତେ ଛୋଟ ପିଲା ଏମିତି ନୃଶଂସ ହୋଇପାରେ। ୮ ବର୍ଷର ବାଳକ ଜଣକ ନାବାଳିକାକୁ ଏକ ଶୂନଶାନ ଶ୍ରେଣୀଗୃହ ଭିତରକୁ ଟାଣି ନେଇଥିଲା। ସେଠାରେ ସେ ଝିଅଟିର ମୁଣ୍ଡକୁ ଦୁଇଥର ଡେସ୍କରେ ପିଟିବା ସହ ପଥର, ଇଟା ଏବଂ ଫୁଲକୁଣ୍ଡରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଆଘାତ କରିଥିଲା। ଝିଅଟି ଚେତାଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେବା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଜାରି ରହିଥିଲା। ଆକ୍ରମଣ ପରେ ରକ୍ତାକ୍ତ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ସେହି ନିରୀହ ଝିଅକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ଦୁଇ ଘଣ୍ଟା କାଳ ସେହି ଶ୍ରେଣୀଗୃହ ଭିତରେ ତାଲା ପକାଇ ଛାଡ଼ି ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ଆହତ ଝିଅଟିର ଅବସ୍ଥା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସଙ୍କଟାପନ୍ନ ଥିବାରୁ ତାକୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଚଣ୍ଡୀଗଡ଼ସ୍ଥିତ PGIMER ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଆଇସିୟୁ ରେ ତାର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଚାଲିଛି। ପୀଡ଼ିତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆଧାରରେ ପୋଲିସ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ କରିଛି। ଅବହେଳା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ସ୍କୁଲର ପ୍ରିନ୍ସିପାଲ୍, ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ କ୍ଲାସ ଇନଚାର୍ଜ ଏବଂ ସ୍କୁଲ ଚୌକିଦାରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଏଫ୍ ଆଇଆର୍ ରୁଜୁ କରାଯାଇଛି।

A shocking incident has been reported from Sanskriti Model School in Sector 20, Panchkula, Haryana, where an eight-year-old Class 3 student allegedly brutally attacked a six-year-old differently-abled KG girl on October 28. CCTV footage reportedly captured the entire incident. The boy allegedly dragged the girl into an isolated classroom, repeatedly hit her head against a desk and attacked her with stones, bricks and a flower pot. Even after she became unconscious, the assault allegedly continued. The injured girl was reportedly left locked inside the classroom for nearly two hours. She was later shifted to PGIMER, Chandigarh, where she is undergoing treatment in the ICU. Police have registered a case based on the family's complaint. An FIR has also been filed against the school principal, the concerned class in-charge and the school watchman over alleged negligence.
