Indravati Reservoir Gate Opened After 7 Years Amid Heavy Rain Forecast Due to Low-Pressure System

ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଆଶଙ୍କା । ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବର୍ଷାକୁ ନଜରରେ ରଖି ୭ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଖୋଲିଲା ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରାବତୀ ଜଳଭଣ୍ଡାରର ଗେଟ । ସମୁଦାୟ ୭ଟି ଗେଟ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୬ ନମ୍ବର ଗେଟକୁ ୦.୫ ମିଟର ଖୋଲାଯାଇ ଜଳ ନିଷ୍କାସନ କରାଯାଉଛି । ତଳିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ସତର୍କ କରିଛି ପ୍ରଶାସନ ।
Amid the possibility of heavy rainfall in the coming days due to a low-pressure system, the Indravati Reservoir gate has been opened after seven years. Out of the seven gates, Gate No. 6 has been opened by 0.5 metres to release water from the reservoir.
