Kalinga Ghat Sealed for 4 Days After Two Landslides

ଚାରି ଦିନ ହେଲା ସିଲ୍ ହୋଇଛି କଳିଙ୍ଗାଘାଟି। ଗଞ୍ଜାମ - କନ୍ଧମାଳ ସୀମାନ୍ତ କଳିଙ୍ଗା ଘାଟିରେ ଦୁଇ ଦୁଇ ଥର ଭୂସ୍ଖଳନ ପରେ କେଉଁଠି ମାଟି ଅତଡ଼ା ଖସି ଗାର୍ଡ ୱାଲ୍ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଛି ତ କୋଉଠି ବିରାଟ ପଥର ଖସି ରାସ୍ତା ଅବରୋଧ ହୋଇ ରହିଛି ।ଆଉ କେଉଁଠି ରାସ୍ତା ଫାଟି ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କୁଳ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ରହିଛି । ତେବେ ଆଗକୁ କେବେ ଖୋଲିବ କଳୀଙ୍ଗା ଘାଟି ତାକୁ ନେଇ ଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ବାସୀ।

Kalinga Ghat on the Ganjam-Kandhamal border has remained sealed for four days after two landslides disrupted the route. In several places, soil collapsed and damaged guard walls, while huge rocks fell onto the road and blocked traffic. Cracks have also appeared on parts of the road, making the route dangerous. Local residents remain uncertain about when Kalinga Ghat will reopen.
