ହୀରାକୁଦ ଡ୍ୟାମର ୨୮ ଗେଟ୍ ଖୋଲିବା ପରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡଳି ଦେଇ ଜଳ ପ୍ରବାହ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ମୁଣ୍ଡଳିରେ ଅପଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମରେ ଜଳସ୍ତର ରହିଛି ୯୧.୮୦ ଫୁଟ। ସେହିପରି ଡାଉନଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମରେ ଜଳସ୍ତର ରହିଛି ୮୯.୫୦ ଫୁଟ।
ମୁଣ୍ଡଳିରେ ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କେତ ୯୭.୨୫ ଫୁଟ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଏବେ ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କେତ ତଳେ ଜଳ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଉଛି।

Water flow at Mundali has increased after 28 gates of the Hirakud Dam were opened for floodwater discharge. The upstream water level at Mundali stands at 91.80 feet, while the downstream level is 89.50 feet.
