Man Swept Away in Breach Water of Jajpur’s Kani River; Rescue Operation Underway

ଯାଜପୁର କାଣୀ ନଦୀର ଘାଇ ପାଣିରେ ଭାସିଗଲେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି। ଶୌଚ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ମାଟି ଅତଡ଼ା ଧସି ଭାସିଯାଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ଦଶରଥପୁର ଧୋବାବିଲ ଗାଁରେ ଏହି ଅଘଟଣ ଘଟିଛି। ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରହିଛି।

A man was reportedly swept away by water from a breach in the Kani River in Jajpur district. The incident took place in Dhobabil village under Dasarathpur block when the man had reportedly gone to the riverbank to attend nature’s call. According to the information available, a portion of the soil collapsed and he was swept away by the breach water. A rescue operation is currently underway to locate and rescue him.
