Nabarangpur Planning Meet: MLA Warns Officials Over Delayed Bridge Work

ଇଚ୍ଛା ହେଲେ କାମ କର, ନହେଲେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଛାଡ଼। ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଯୋଜନା କମିଟି ବୈଠକରେ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବର୍ଷିଲେ ଡାବୁଗାଁ ବିଧାୟକ ମନୋହର ରନ୍ଧାରୀ । ବ୍ରିଜ୍ କାମରେ ଅହେତୁକ ବିଳମ୍ବ ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ ବିଭାଜନ-୧ର ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ଝାଡ଼ିଥିଲେ ବିଧାୟକ। ତାଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆଖିଦୃଶିଆ ବିକାଶ କାମ ହୋଇନାହିଁ।
ଯେଉଁ କାମ କରାଯାଉଛି ତାହା ନିମ୍ନମାନର। ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ ଠିକାଦାରଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମଧୁଚନ୍ଦ୍ରିକା ଯୋଗୁ କାମରେ ବିଳମ୍ବ ସହିତ ଟେଣ୍ଡର ଫିକ୍ସିଂ ହେଉଥିବା ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଣୁ କାମ କରିବାର ଇଚ୍ଛା ନଥିଲେ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଛୁଟି ନେଇ ଘରେ ରୁହନ୍ତୁ, ନଚେତ ବଦଳି ହୋଇ କିମ୍ବା ଚାକିରି ଛାଡ଼ି ଚାଲିଯାଆନ୍ତୁ ବୋଲି କଡ଼ା ଭାଷାରେ କହିଥିଲେ ବିଧାୟକ। ସେପଟେ ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ଖଣ୍ଡନ କରି ଅଧିକ୍ଷଣ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାମ ପାଇଁ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଟେଣ୍ଡର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ମଧ୍ୟ ଚାଲିଛି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ଟେଣ୍ଡର ଫିକ୍ସିଂ ଅଭିଯୋଗର ପ୍ରମାଣ ମିଳିଲେ ଦୃଢ଼ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ନିଆଯିବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ବିଧାୟକ ତଥା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଯୋଜନା କମିଟି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଗୌରୀ ଶଙ୍କର ମାଝୀ।...

At the Nabarangpur District Planning Committee meeting, Dabugam MLA Manohar Randhari criticised officials over delays in bridge construction and alleged that development work in the district has been slow and of poor quality. He also alleged a nexus between officials and contractors and raised allegations of tender fixing. The Superintending Engineer rejected the allegations, saying proposals for various works have been submitted to the government and tender processes are underway. Nabarangpur MLA and District Planning Committee Chairman Gouri Shankar Majhi said strict action would be taken if evidence of tender fixing is found.
