ନେପାଳ ପ୍ରଳୟରେ ବଢି ଚାଲୁଛି ମୃତ୍ୟୁସଂଖ୍ୟା । ଏଯାଏଁ ୫୪୭ ଟପିଲାଣି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟା । ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୫ ଶହ ନିଖୋଜ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୨୯୦ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଉଦ୍ଧାରରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି ନେପାଳ ସେନା ସହ ୫ ହଜାର ପୋଲିସ ଫୋର୍ସ। ଯେଉଁ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ କିଛି ଦିନ ତଳେ ଜୀବନ ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଥିଲା, ଆଜି ସେଠାରେ ଖୋଜା ଚାଲିଛି ଜୀବନର ଚିହ୍ନ।
Nepal is witnessing a devastating disaster, with the death toll crossing 547 and around 1,500 people still reported missing. Among those missing are 290 Indians. The Nepal Army, along with a police force of around 5,000 personnel, is engaged in rescue operations. Areas where life was normal just a few days ago are now witnessing intensive searches for signs of life. The rising death toll and large number of missing people have deepened concerns as rescue teams continue their efforts.
