ବଦଳିବ କଲେଜ କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ତାଲିକା । ମେନୁରୁ ହଟିବ ପୁରି, ବରା, ଆଳୁଚପ ଭଳି ତେଲିଆ ଖାଦ୍ୟ । ରନ୍ଧନ ତେଲ ବ୍ୟବହାର କମାଇବାକୁ କଲେଜ କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ୍ ଓ ହଷ୍ଟେଲକୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛି ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ । ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ଏହି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଆଧାରରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପର ଅଂଶବିଶେଷ। ଏଥିରେ କଲେଜ ହଷ୍ଟେଲ ଓ କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ୍ ରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ସମୟରେ ରନ୍ଧନ ତେଲର ବ୍ୟବହାର କମାଇବା ସହ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଖାଦ୍ୟାଭ୍ୟାସରେ ଅଧିକ ତେଲ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
College canteen food menus in Odisha are set to change, with oily items such as puri, bara and aluchop likely to be removed from the menu. The Higher Education Department has written to college canteens and hostels, directing them to reduce the use of cooking oil while preparing food. The move is part of steps being taken by the state government based on the Prime Minister’s appeal. The directive also emphasises reducing excessive oil consumption in students’ food habits and promoting healthier food practices in college hostels and canteens.
