The NH-16 passing through Manguli Chhak in Cuttack district has reportedly turned into a dangerous stretch for commuters. Due to the lack of proper traffic management, hundreds of trucks remain parked along both sides of the highway, creating severe traffic congestion and increasing the risk of accidents.
