Women have taken to the streets in Delhi in protest against sexual violence, raising slogans expressing distrust and anger towards men. The protest features the viral slogan ‘Ek Kachori, Do Samosa’, reflecting a distinctive Gen-Z style of protest. The slogans express fear, anger and resistance, with women questioning why they are losing trust in men. The protest also refers to several incidents from Odisha to Bihar and raises concerns over the treatment of women when they are alone. The message is clear: this time, the protesters say they are not merely asking for safety but fighting for their rights. The protest is being seen not just on social media but on the streets as well.
